Fact u should Never Forget:
If u let the person Enough time to talk,He will - tell you Everything.

listen Very Carefully to any revealing information the person Tells you.
if the person sees you let him talk
He Will tell u even more of what u wanted to hear
try to make him feel comfortable in the conversation and
don't overreact about what they say.if they tell u too much about their problems and changing their tone all the time(Specially someone you just met or not a good friend of yours),The person is weak and can be easily controlled by you .
It's like convincing a child to eat for dessert
u can use them for your own good or helping a friend in a trouble.

Basic codes you should remember:
When you speak to a person and you trying to make a Straight eye contact
if the person is:
look you at the eyes : Confident,he is Probably telling the truth.
Avoiding any eye contact \ can't hold an eye contact: Not confident',probably Lying
if he Stutters and saying "uhm"or "ah"he feels a big shame at the moment and does'nt even know That.
keep looking to the right: trying to cover himself ,making an excuse
probably lying or changing whats truth for his own good.
looking up and right \left : thinking of something or trying to bring up a memory
looking at the ground : bringing up something he is not proud of
or something that Hurt him.
stuck staring at one point: Fantasizing
Fact : person who is avoiding an eye contact with not only in a conversation most likely the person : Does'nt like you , not capable to Confront you or Scared of you.
Excessive blinking: Not confident, Something is disturbing the person
like a stressed guy in a job interview.
